Buddha appeals for peace, gets Morcha's ears

A Morcha delegation has assured the Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee it would not insist on holding rallies in the volatile Dooars and Teria but demanded the arrest of culprits which unleashed violence on them even as the CM appealed for peace.
